Your travel request and your privacy.

What the inquiry form collects

Your name, email, optional WhatsApp number, travel timing, group size, destinations, interests, optional budget preferences, requested services and notes are sent to the China Travel Atlas travel team. Please do not include passport numbers, payment information or sensitive medical records.

How your information is used

We use your request to discuss your journey, create a personal proposal and contact you through your chosen reply method. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing. Inquiry records are encrypted in storage and access is restricted to authorized staff.

Retention and requests

Travel inquiries are retained for up to 365 days unless deleted sooner. Use the contact form to ask for access, correction or deletion, and identify the reference number or email used for your request.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics is off until you choose to allow it. It helps us understand which public guides and planning pages are useful. Contact fields and private travel conversations are excluded. Change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer.

External services and references

We may use FormSubmit to deliver your travel request to our team by email. FormSubmit processes the details you submit under its privacy policy.

Links to attraction operators, official information or video websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. If delivering a requested travel service requires sharing information with another provider, we identify the recipient and necessary details before asking for your agreement.
